Two rare 1988 BMW 325ix

In 1988 BMW introduced the 325ix to their model lineup. It was not a big hit, but more of a bragging right to compete with Audi. "Oh Yah? Well we have an all wheel drive car too!" This is too bad, becuase the 325ix is still one of the best snow cars around, way better than any Audi of the time.

Here are two very nice BMW 325ix's. The 1989 white E30 has a Buy it Now of $7950 OBO and the 1988 silver one is being auctioned off. The white car is fully restored, and looks fantastic with the smaller bumpers. White over Tan isn't the very best color combo, but it's so clean you can't go wrong. According to the seller the car has no dents, dings or flaws. The five speed manual is a necessity in an E30, otherwise it's a dog.
The silver 325ix has only 83k original miles and a very unique color combination of silver over Cardinal red. You won't find another original 325ix in this condition with these colors. Like the white one, this car has a 5 speed manual. 1988 is the best year of the 325ix because it came standard with all of the options such as Recaro seats, electric sunroof, map lights, full trip computer, truck deck spoiler and upgraded radio with tweeters in the side mirror area of the front doors. Both of these cars would be a great investment, one being restored and the other being a very clean original.

1994 Audi S4 Ur-S4

You don't see a lot of older S4's, they are fairly rare. And it's very rare to find one in pristine condition. This car looks to be nice driver quality with 126k miles, which is not bad considering the age.

The black exterior over tan interior is nice, and this car would look especially good with a pair of newer B5 S4 wheels. This car has a 5 speed manual, which I'm sure makes it way more fun.

The seller is looking for $6,500 which sounds about right.

BMW Neue Klasse Hubcaps

I just bought a nice set of driver quality hubcaps from a 1967 BMW 2000.

I bought all six of them for a mere $10, and have no need for them. They don't fit on a BMW 2002 because they are for a 14 inch rim. I'm just going to use these as garage decoration for now.

Low Miles 1986 Porsche 928S

This 1986 Porsche 928S comes with the V8 engine equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission.
It has 21,934 original miles and looks to be in pristine condition.
The color combination of navy blue exterior over two tone navy and white interior is rare and very cool.

Being the "S" model, having such low miles and the rare color combination make this car really stand out.

1 of 6 2001 Dinan BMW 750il

Just like the previous post, This is a BMW 750il V12. But this is the rare Dinan Performance version, with only 6 ever made. The perfect jet black over sand beige looks great and it comes with every option available at the time.
This car has suffered two minor accidents, but the seller disclosed all of the issues and I wouldn't be too worried. God luck waiting for better one to come up for sale again, because that might never happen.

Overall this is a great looking car that will only continue to appreciate in value.

Low Miles 1997 BMW 750il

This is a 1997 BMW 750il with 20" Alpina Rims. The Black over tan color combination is very nice, especially with the extended leather option. The Alpina wheels set this car apart from the rest in a great way.

It has only 88k miles on it's silky smooth V12 engine. These engines can be costly to fix and a low mile car is exactly what you would want.

Having owned a 2001 750il, I know that driving these cars are a lot of fun for a luxury cruiser. But riding in the back is just as nice. There is a plethora of leg room and with the heated/massaging seats it can be a spa-like experience. The seller is looking for $10,000

Original 16" Alpina Wheels

These are some 16" 5x120 Authentic Alpina wheels. These particular rims are unrestored, but would look great on a driver. Alpina wheels are very rare and it's hard to come across a nice original set.

Refurbished 16" Alpina wheels sell for at least $1,500 so if these could be bought for less than $1,000 it would be a great deal.

These wheels would look nice on an older BMW. Click here to see a nice 1980 BMW 733i with 16" Alpina wheels.
The wheels are still available. Click here for the new ad

Low Miles 2004 BMW 330i ZHP

This is a really clean 2004 BMW 330i ZHP with only 14k miles. The ZHP version is a tuned 330i Sport Package, but is more civilized than the M3. I have personally looked over this car and it's just spotless.
The interior was showroom clean with a nice 6 speed manual transmission.
You could buy this ZHP for $24,000 or an average E46 M3 with 70k miles. Because of the miles, the ZHP will obviously depreciate much less and is a good deal in my eyes.

1973 BMW 2002 Touring Alpina A4 Clone

This is my dream BMW. It has the good story and all of the right parts to make it even more desirable. It's the rare touring (Hatchback) version, it has beautiful (possibly original) Inka orange paint and a very clean black interior. The best part by far is the mass of Alpina parts.
This car is well known in the classic BMW world and it's a sure show stopper. I'm not going to name everything but it has just about every Alpina part you can think of. The motor has been fully built with with Alpina A4 four throttle fuel injection system and an extremely rare Alpina Kuglefisher pump which would cost thousands if you could even find one. An S14 crankshaft was added making the displacement around 2200 cc. An Alpina airbox and Alpina headers are just a few more of the high-cost upgrades. To put the power to the ground it has a dogleg close-ratio 5-speed and a 25% limited slip differential with 3.64 gearing.

The interior sports an Alpina steering wheel and an Alpina shifter. What sets this car apart is the perfect restored Turbo seats.
The seller is looking for 35k

Clean Cruiser: 1965 Mercedes-Benz 220Sb

This 1965 Mercedes-Benz 220Sb looks very nice with only 73k original miles. This is one of the last fintail models produced and it is a great looking car.
The gray exterior over almost too clean red interior is a beautiful combination. Even though I'm not a huge fan of automatics, this would be the car to have one. A perfect cruiser.
The price of $14,900 is very affordable and it will only continue to gain in value.

Perfect 1973 BMW 2002tii

This is a fully restored 1973 BMW 2002tii with just 7,835 miles. The fresh and rare Riviera (Or is it Baikal) paint over spotless tan interior is a great combination. It's in showroom condition and it obviously shows. It has an upgraded 5 speed manual transmission which is a nice touch. It also has the rare optional tii Campagnolo rims.
There are some minor problems though. This car is located in Puerto Rico, the only flaw about that is the shipping to the U.S. might get costly. The starting bid is a whopping $27,500 which is pretty steep, but it would still cost more to restore a 2002tii to this condition. Another flaw is that the custom made AC console, seats, door cards and gas gauge are not original to the car. Also, I'm not sure if the car was restored with a mere 7k miles and now it has none, or it has 7k miles after restoration. I don't know why you would restore a car with 7k. Either way, with a few small changes this car could be concourse or a museum piece.
The starting bid is $27,500 with a $30,000 Buy It Now

BMW S14 E30 M3 Complete Engine Swap

This is a BMW S14 2.3L that has been completely rebuilt by Renner Motorsports. It has no miles on it. The engine comes with lots of extra random parts. Currently the engine is "configured with a BMW M10 oil pan for a direct drop into a BMW 2002. The original M3 oil pan, engine mounts and air box will be included with the purchase."
This looks to be a great deal, I know it would cost a whole lot more to rebuild a S14 ground up. If you have a tired 2002 motor then this just might be your best bet for overall money to fun ratio.

Done Right: 1985 BMW 535i with Hartage Parts

This is a 1985 BMW 535i. It has the uber rare authentic Hartage wheels, Hartage head and a 300 degree cam. It also has the 535iS front airdam and rear spoiler. The car has 195,000 miles but the motor has just 75,000 miles and is from a 1988 535i.
This car has a few small scrapes and dings and isn't perfect, but it's a perfect driver. It has a five speed manual, Bilstien Sport suspension and E32 brakes up front to give it some serious braking power.

This BMW has all of the right upgrades to make it a nice driver without going overboard, and that's what makes it so unique. The seller wants $3800, but he will take off $1000 if you don't want the hartage wheels and another $400 off if you don't want the Hartage head. So for $2400 you could have a nice car for a very reasonable price.

Street/Track 1971 Porsche 911E

This is a matching numbers fully restored 1971 Posche 911E. It was originally silver and has nice subtle flares, fiberglass bumpers and Martini pinstripes. The interior looks like a nice track setup, so this car could go to the track or stay on the street.

The seller wants 38.5k

Antique BMW Shifter Knobs

I just bought these antique BMW shifter knobs from BMW 2002 FAQ. They aren't perfect, but the patina is so cool I just had to have them. Plus for $15 it wasn't a bad deal either.

Hot Rod 1984 BMW 325e

This is not your run of the mill US spec BMW E30, this car was converted from a 1984 325e to a 327iS Euro. They also used all original OEM Euro parts including an M-tech1 body appearance package. Everything looks to be top quality work. Obviously with all of the modifications and upgrades this car is not for everyone, but I can't resist all of the Euro Spec parts. You probably won't see another E30 like this one and that's what is so cool about it.

The interior is so clean how could you not want to drive this?

Rare Epsilon 13X6.5 Rims

I bought these wheels off Craigslist. The advertisement was for a 1979 BMW 320i and they caught my eye. I bugged the poor guy for around two months before I finally got them. The car was a beater and he ended up parting it out anyways. They are rare 13 inch Epsilon gold rims. The paint has faded a little and they look sort of pinkish gold now. I'm going to sandblast these soon and restore them to their former glory. You might have heard of Epsilon before, they made aftermarket wheels in the 80's. The 15 inch wheels are pretty common wheels, but not these. I have only seen two sets of the same wheels on the internet, and I looked all over the internet. One was an un-refurbished set for $800, and the other was powdercoated for $1200. I might be interested in selling them, but only for the right price...
Here's a picture of a BMW 2002 with these wheels photoshopped on.
Here's another picture of them installed on my 1976 BMW 2002.
I love the look of these wheels, like a period-correct tuner.

S14 Swapped 1982 BMW 320i

Here we have a pretty simple stripped and caged E21, But wait there's more... This has the E30 M3 S14 engine, which puts out 192 hp stock. With the claimed 28k on the motor, this could be a pretty trouble free track car. The stock 320i engine's fuel injection was a trouble prone system, and the S14 is a quite basic yet powerful engine.
Other than the little amount of information in the ad, this car could really be a great deal for someone. I do think that $12,000 is very optimistic though. If this car could be bought for less than 6.5k it would be an awesome bang for your buck.
